    I operate three businesses.
    Our management philosophy is to be a sincere company full of pioneering spirit, and we have built trust with our customers and improved our technical and service capabilities.     What prompted you to join our company?<\/h4>

    While job searching with the desire to utilize the electrical engineering knowledge I gained in university, I learned about your company through my university's career support staff. All of your company's businesses were deeply related to my major, but I was particularly drawn to the measurement system development business, which solves challenges in manufacturing sites and designs and develops custom production equipment. I felt I could fully leverage my acquired knowledge here. I decided to join the company because I wanted to improve my technical skills in an environment with a 50-year history and a stable management foundation, and contribute to improving manufacturing quality through the development of production equipment.<\/p>

    What is your current job?<\/h4>

    I belong to the control team in the measurement system development business, and I am in charge of the electrical design of production equipment used in our customers' factory lines. My responsibilities range widely from specification meetings with customers to creating estimates, designing, and setting up and adjusting equipment. A major characteristic of this job is that it doesn't end with desk work; I can follow up with the setup and adjustment of the equipment I designed and directly see its actual operation with my own eyes. I am dedicated to my daily work, finding great appeal in being involved in the entire process from estimation to delivery.<\/p>

    What's the company atmosphere like?<\/h4>

    When I encounter difficulties with how to proceed with my work or feel unsure about design decisions, there are many senior colleagues I can always consult with, creating an environment where I receive thorough support. Within my department, we build equipment by dividing tasks and collaborating with members from other teams who specialize in different fields, making it a workplace with active communication. Showing interest in each other's designs and asking questions naturally leads to conversations. Furthermore, there are opportunities to interact with people from other departments through company events, and I feel it's a company with an atmosphere where you can talk across departmental boundaries.<\/p>

    What do you find rewarding about your job?<\/h4>

    I find it rewarding that I can continuously learn new technologies while designing various production equipment. In our department, we manufacture equipment with different specifications each time according to customer requests. Therefore, for each piece of equipment I am in charge of, I need to learn new equipment specifications and control technologies. Although we sometimes face unexpected troubles, the process of overcoming them and increasing my knowledge, and the feeling that I am steadily growing as an engineer, serve as my motivation.<\/p> <\/dd>\n

    What prompted you to join our company?<\/h4>

    I was introduced to the company by a representative from the Career Support Division during my job search. Before joining, I was interested in the measurement system development business. However, I became interested in the calibration service business that supports manufacturing after learning that the company handled measuring instruments like calipers and micrometers, which I had used during my student days, and understanding the importance of measurement accuracy and quality control for such instruments. The lively atmosphere within the department during the company tour also left a strong impression and was a deciding factor in my joining.<\/p>

    What is your current job?<\/h4>

    I currently belong to the mechanical team in the instrument calibration service business. The mechanical instruments I handle measure visible physical quantities such as length, weight, and rotation. I calibrate 15-20 instruments per day and also travel to other companies for on-site calibration. For on-site calibration, I calibrate large scales capable of measuring up to 400kg, which cannot be handled in-house, and instruments integrated into production lines. Therefore, the job requires not only knowledge and technical skills but also physical strength.<\/p>

    What's the company atmosphere like?<\/h4>

    Proofreading work is primarily done individually and requires concentration, so there's a focused atmosphere during work. On the other hand, when questions arise regarding tasks or work, it's an environment where both junior and senior staff can feel free to consult each other, and there's a liveliness in the way the entire department collaborates to achieve goals. I myself have had many instances where I've consulted others for help with difficulties in my work. Now in my second year, I'm in a position to guide junior staff, and through proactive communication and support, I will strive to create an environment where everyone can work more smoothly.<\/p>

    What do you find rewarding about your job?<\/h4>

    I find great satisfaction in the important role I play in supporting product quality. I feel it's a job that contributes to many people and society because the measuring instruments I calibrate are useful in factories and research settings. Our company handles a wide range of measuring instruments regardless of the manufacturer, so knowledge of the performance and operation of each model is required. Also, since we handle customer products, extreme care must be taken during transportation to prevent drops, impacts, etc. Therefore, I also find satisfaction in the fact that the more experience I gain, the more I can feel my growth.<\/p> <\/dd>\n

    What prompted you to join our company?<\/h4>

    My internship was a major reason I became interested in joining your company. I was initially interested in the semiconductor industry, and while researching companies, I learned about your \"LSI Test Solutions Business\" for the first time. During the internship, I had the opportunity to hear about the work from senior employees, who explained things to me using actual semiconductor testers. Through this experience, I learned that the \"LSI Test Solutions Business\" plays a crucial role in supporting \"safety\" within the semiconductor industry, which further strengthened my desire to do such work myself, leading me to apply for a position here.<\/p>

    What is your current job?<\/h4>

    In the LSI Test Solutions Division, I am involved in activities related to test program development. The workflow can be broadly divided into three main stages. First, we create test programs according to customer requirements. Next, we conduct tests on actual LSI products using the developed programs on the customer's equipment and evaluate the created programs. Finally, based on the evaluation results, we improve the programs and conduct further evaluations. We continuously work on evaluating and improving the programs to ultimately provide higher quality solutions.<\/p>

    What's the company atmosphere like?<\/h4>

    This is a workplace with a good balance of focus and a pleasant atmosphere. During work hours, everyone concentrates on their tasks, and during breaks, we eat lunch together in a friendly atmosphere, chatting about daily life and hobbies. Also, because there are many opportunities to communicate regardless of age, both inside and outside of work, you can quickly become friends with senior employees. Therefore, it's an environment where you can feel comfortable asking questions when you don't understand something or discussing any concerns you have about your work.<\/p>

    What do you find rewarding about your job?<\/h4>

    I feel a sense of accomplishment when I take on new tasks that are outside my experience and succeed in them. The \"LSI Test Solutions Business\" involves a wide range of tasks, requiring me to acquire technical skills in various fields. Although it can be daunting at first with so many unfamiliar aspects, I can tackle these tasks with the support of my senior colleagues. As I accumulate knowledge and practical experience, I naturally become more capable, and the scope of my responsibilities expands. The process of increasing my ability to handle tasks independently allows me to feel my own growth, which serves as a great source of motivation.<\/p> <\/dd>\n <\/dl>\n\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n\n <\/section>\n\n\n
