Information Security Basic Policy
Daioh Electric Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") hereby establishes the following basic information security policy to protect the information assets of our customers and the Company that we handle in the course of our business from various threats, and to meet the trust of our customers and society.
We will implement information security initiatives across the company based on the following policy.
1. Development of an internal information security management system
Our company establishes an organization to maintain and improve information security, and endeavors to continuously improve and enhance information security in an organized manner.
2. Employee Initiatives
Our company will continuously implement information security education and awareness programs for our employees, ensure thorough adherence to our Information Security Basic Policy, and solidify our commitment to information security.
3. Compliance with Legal and Contractual Requirements
Our company will comply with laws, regulations, standards, and contractual information security requirements with our customers related to information security.
4. Information Security Measures
Our company implements appropriate information security measures to protect information assets from threats such as unauthorized access, intrusion, misuse, loss, leakage, alteration, and destruction.
5. Response to Violations and Accidents
Our company will appropriately address any violations of laws or contracts related to information security, as well as any incidents that occur, and will strive to prevent recurrence.

Daioh Electric Co., Ltd. has declared "SECURITY ACTION" (★★ Two Stars), which is implemented by the "Information-technology Promotion Agency, Japan (IPA)".
"SECURITY ACTION" is a system established by IPA to realize a safe and secure IT society, in which small and medium-sized enterprises self-declare that they are undertaking information security measures.
We will continue to strive for even greater information security in the future.
